Cut. To make an opening or an incision with a sharp edged tool. To cut is to remove from something larger. Kari’s cuts are obsessive, intuitive, meditative and repetitive; the ability to let the light in. She considers herself an artist who draws with the blade, and her cuts create an intricate language sharing how she views the intricacies of the world.
