Saloman Pritchard was born in 1989 in Walnut Creek, California. He completed a BFA in Sculpture from Buffalo State College in 2011. There he received numerous grants, awards, and scholarships while studying abroad in 2010 making work in Finland and Latvia. Most notably participating in a land art symposium at Pedvale Open Air Museum in Latvia during their Stone.Color season. Saloman completed an MFA program at University of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA in 2014 with a Merit Scholarship and Provost Award. He has shown at museums and galleries up and down the eastern coast of the United States.
He works primarily in sculptural media, but also creates drawings, prints, and paintings.
