If you are already a member of the Buffalo Society of Artists, here’s how to claim your existing profile on our new website.
Please read ALL of the steps before you begin the process.
Step 1: Find Your Profile
Visit the member directory for your current member level, and use the search to find your profile.
- For Exhibiting Members, your profiles were migrated from the old website, which now include expanded features
- For Associate Members, new shell profiles with limited features have been created for you
Step 2: Claim Your Profile
Scroll to the bottom of your profile, and use the “Claim This Member Profile” form to send us your name and email address. It looks like this:

Show/hide
Click the “Show/hide” link, enter your name and email address, and click the “Claim” button.
You will receive an email from us confirming that you have claimed your profile. All claims will be moderated.
Step 3: Create Your New Login Info
You will be notified by email when your claim has been approved, including instructions on how to set a new password, login, update your profile, and more.
We will be releasing more information soon, including best practices for managing your profile content.
