Phyllis Thompson

Phyllis I. Thompson received her BFA in printmaking from the Philadelphia College of Art and her MFA in printmaking from Tyler School of Art, Temple University. She is a lecturer at SUNY Buffalo State and a teaching artist at various Buffalo educational sites. Using print processes and collage materials, she creates multi-media prints, drawings, and fabric constructions that explore memories of family, relationships, and ancestors.
