NOTE CHANGES DUE TO COVID 19 RESTRICTIONS
Due to the Covid 19 restrictions we faced earlier this year, we have had to make changes to our exhibit schedule. In our main gallery we will be hosting an exhibit that was supposed to take place earlier this year. Artful gifts will be held in Art Dialogue Gallery and in our gift shop, which will be expanded for this event only. A limited number of works will be accepted. There is no date, theme or medium requirement and no entry fee to submit works for consideration. All works must be for sale.
Basic Rules and Guidelines: This exhibition is open to all artists. All works selected are at the discretion of the juror whose decision is final. Works will be viewed by the director on a first come basis on drop off day and selections will be made on the spot. There may be a short waiting period depending upon the response to this call for work.
Form Instructions: All forms will be provided at the drop-off.
Framed works: Each artist may bring in up to 4 framed works for consideration, not all the works may be accepted. The maximum frame size allowed will be 14” x 18” (or 32 united inches). As we have done in previous years some works will be hung on the wall with extra works held in reserve along the wall to replace those that sell. Framing may be a determining factor in the selection process.
Sculpture and other three dimensional works: Three-dimensional works (such as sculpture or assemblage pieces) must be able to fit into a 14” x 14” x 14” box. Artists may submit up to 4 works.
Unframed works: should be priced at about $75 to $100 or less. Unframed works will be put into sleeves and be offered in the bins in our gift shop with a maximum size of 14” x 18” (or 32 united inches). Each artist may bring in up to 6 unframed works for consideration.
Jewelry, cards, ornaments and craft items: Are now offered through our gift shop only. Please call the gallery for information or an appointment. Works will be viewed by appointment only for the gift shop. We are reviewing gift shop items now and up to November 20, 2020.
Pick up of Works: Works may be picked up on the assigned pick up day (January 5) ONLY. Please notify the gallery as soon as possible if you have a conflict and if someone will be picking up your work for you. Your courier must be able to provide picture ID for your protection.
Saturday, November 14, 2020 – Deliver framed and unframed works 11am to 2pm for consideration.
Gift shop items reviewed by appointment only.
Saturday, November 28, 2020 Exhibit opens to the public (No reception due to Covid 19).
Friday, December 30, 2020 – Exhibition ends at 3pm. (Gallery will be closed December 24 – 28 and December 31 –January 4, 2021)
Tuesday, January 5, 2021 – Pick-up of unsold works 11am to 4pm
