Social media and digital content specialist Julia Norris writes, “Laura L. Minor’s Celestial Bodies series combines digital and analog photography techniques. Minor creates a photo negative by digitally collaging archival images of women from the turn of the 20th century. Minor obscures the faces with imagery of moons and planets and then renders a positive cyanotype image using sunlight. Thanks to Dr. Michael Wood, we are thrilled that a piece from this series, Titan’s Impassive Twilight, is now a part of the collection!
