The Buffalo AKG Art Museum published an article about Gerald Mead’s art practice and collecting in the January 2023 issue of their Members’ Calendar (and an expanded version on their blog), referring to him as “a pillar of Buffalo’s art scene.” The profile also included images of the two works by Gerald in the museum’s permanent collection.
