Gerald Mead Honored
Gerald Mead will receive the Arts Services Initiative (ASI) of Western New York’s “Unsung Hero Award” at its second annual Spark Cultural Awards celebration on May 20 at the Hotel @ the Lafayette. http://www.asiwny.org/cultural-awards/ The award recognizes Mead for his contributions to the cultural community of Western New York for almost 30 years, including his 18-year tenure as a former curator at the Burchfield Penney Art Center.
