The Western New York Artists Group is pleased to announce an exhibition for Buffalo artist Victor Shanchuk, Jr., a well-known artist, educator and community volunteer.

Victor Shanchuk, Jr. – A Life’s Work (A Retrospective Exhibition) will open with a reception for the artist on Friday, August 25, 2017 from 7:30 to 9pm. The exhibit will continue to be on view through September 29, 2017.

The exhibit highlights the long artistic career of this artist. Included in the exhibit will be works ranging from the 1950s to the present. Works in photography, paintings in acrylic, watercolor and oil, mixed media works and lithographs will be shown, exemplifying the diverse range of this exceptional artist.
