Out of Darkness: Putting a Face on Homelessness A Series of Portraits by Gary L. Wolfe
In 2013, BSA artist Gary L. Wolfe debuted an exhibition of his work that was two years in creating. The primary goal of the project was to raise public awareness of the plight of those who were homeless s through portraits painted in a technique that captured not only the vulnerability and social alienation experienced by these individuals, but also their human dignity and the hope to which they cling. St. Bonaventure University is happy to be able to bring the exhibition back together to present it to a new audience.
