Exhibiting Artist Tami Fuller and the Springville Center for the Arts announce a four-hour Learn to Weave weaving intensive in the Olmsted Gallery on Saturday, Feb. 3, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
This workshop will offer the opportunity to learn a complete primer for weaving and create modern abstract woven tapestry on a simple frame loom. This workshop is Fuller’s first 4-hour intensive offered in Western New York, and is part of SCA’s educational programming surrounding its fiber art exhibition “Community Threads,” on view through March 27. This class is available to members of the Springville Center for the Arts for a reduced cost.
