Kathleen McDonnell’s pastel painting “Summer Garden” was juried into the PastelSociety of America’s 37th Annual Open juried Exhibition for “Pastels Only”. TheExhibition was held at the National Arts Club Grand Gallery, New York, New York,from September 8th through September 27th. Kathleen’s pastel painting “Autumn Journey #4” was accepted into the ConnecticutPastel Society’s 16th Annual National Exhibition, “Renaissance in Pastels”. andreceived the Pastel Society of America Award. The Exhibition was held at theMattatuck Museum in Waterbury, Connecticut from October 2nd through October 25th.

You are invited to participate in a drawing for a solo exhibition of your art at the Market Street Art Center! The exhibition will be held February 2011 in our upstairs gallery. Registration will be accepted from February 1 through April 1, 2010 at a cost of $20 per entry. The winner will be selected on May 15, 2010 and notified by mail.
