Crazy About My Pot: Garden Views and Artists’ Vessels

ZGM Fine Arts Gallery is hosting a garden-themed exhibition. Each artist in the exhibition was an artist of a past Garden Walk poster or Garden Walk book. The exhibit will feature paintings by Lorna Berlin and Dana Jenkins and photography by Eileen Graetz and Don & Diann Zinteck.

Come for an opening reception with the artists – Saturday, July 17, 6-9 pm.

BSA Spring Show Award Winners at Big Orbit

Sandra Orlando-Vanich won the First Place Award, the Past Presidents’ Award, in the Buffalo Society of Artists Spring Show at the Big Orbit Gallery for her oil, “Prisim”. Norman Hornung won the Second Place Award, the Socrates Educational Consultants Award, for his digital collage print on metallic paper, “Vortex”. Susan Miller won the Third Place Award, the See Feel Hear Touch Learn – Experience Art Award, for her watercolor and gouache, “Approaching Oneness”. Linda Toomey won the Print Leader Digital Print Award for her gouache, “Marsh Reflections”. Cindi Cherko O’Mara won Honorable Mention, the Elmwood Framing and Interiors Award, for her colored pencil, “I-E #1”.

Rose Popper Awarded First Place in Exhibition

Rose Popper was honored to receive the First Place Award for her limestone sculpture entitled “Lithe” at the Western New York Artists Group’s 27th Annual Juried Members Exhibition, Modern Works. The Juror, Jozef Bajus, is a prestigious artist and Professor at SUNY Buffalo State College.
