UBMD Orthopedic Surgery Center and Medical Building (UBMDOSM) will be a 163,200 sq. ft. 2-story surgery center and medical office building located in Amherst, NY. This building is an exciting, unique addition to Western New York because it will provide patients with a continuum of care in one location. Potential tenants include an Ambulatory Surgery, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Physical Therapy, Concussion Care, Imaging Services, and Lab Services.
UBMDOSM is looking for interested local artists to display their work in this exciting new space. The project requires each artist to display 6-8 original pieces in the new facility with an option to also sell their work. If someone was interested in a piece the artist and the buyer would put in touch directly with each other to handle the sale directly.
Pieces can also be sold by the artist directly and removed from the facility with a 2 week notice and a replacement piece can be swapped in.
