Queen City Fine Arts is looking for artists that we can celebrate the coming of spring with positive energy. This energy can be shown through messages, color, video, sound or any medium. Open to sculpture, painting, drawing and all contemporary mediums. No medium will be denied.

All work must be ready to hang or be able to be presented either via a provided projector and sound (only one video will be accepted) The walls will be covered salon style and there will be prizes!

$200 will be given to the best in show, $100 will be for the most inventive presentation and 3 honorable mentions will be given in the amount of $50. Prizes will be determined by the juror.

Dropoff is at Queen City Fine Arts Wed April 20th, 5-9PM, Friday April 22nd, 5-9PM, Saturday, April 23th 3PM-9PM and Sunday, April 24th from 9AM-Noon. No artwork will be accepted after the 24th at noon.

Each artist is allowed to submit up to 3 pieces. The fee for jurying is $30 made payable to Queen City Fine Arts. Artists will be notified Tuesday, April 26th which work was accepted. And can pick up work either: Wednesday, April 27th 9AM-9PM or Thursday April 28th, 9AM-5PM. All work must be picked up during these times unless private arrangements are met directly through Queen City Fine Arts.

Queen City Fine Arts will be hosting its first big opening since the pandemic with a reception and an awards ceremony. The opening will be Friday, April 29th from 6PM-9PM. All are welcome to attend. Artists do not need to be present to receive awards. All are welcome to attend. Let’s put the past behind us and Spring forward into a new beginning.
