There were 207 entries in the 49th Annual Hallwalls Show this year.  Associate BSA member and Hunt resident Bree Williams (above) won the Bruce Adams Extemporal Prize for artists under 30. It’s considered to be second place overall. Associate member and Hunt Gallery Manager Christina Buscarino and Exhibiting member Frani Evedon won Honorable Mentions. Winners were determined by staff jurors in a blind tiered ranking.

Joan Fitzgerald Award and Exhibitions

Joan Fitzgerald‘s collage “Through Any Other Door” received an award in the National Collage Society’s 27th Annual Juried Internet Exhibition on view from November 1st. She exhibited a painting “Harbor Lights” in the Catherine Lorillard Wolfe Art Club’s 115th Annual Open Juried Exhibition at the National Arts Club, New York City.
