Lukia Costello won ‘Best in Show’ for her piece ‘New Floral No.2’ at the 2nd annual A New StArt art auction on October 22nd. Dave Buck juror.

Lukia Costello won 3rd place in the professional category for her piece ‘Peony No.1’ at the 2nd at the National Arts Program exhibition currently on view at Artspace Buffalo Gallery through November 23rd. Gallery hours are Saturdays from 12-4pm.

Lukia Costello will be hosting and open studio at Artspace #503, Saturday November 21 from 11am to 3pm. Artspace, 1219 Main St. Buffalo, NY. Parking is available on Main St. and Barker.

Joe Whalen Exhibition at Genesee Community College

Joe Whalen is showing a collection of 50 water colors and acrylics at the Roz Steiner Art Gallery at SUNY Genesee Community College from November 10- January 6. “From landscapes to pool halls, Whalen creates visual narratives in a style that recalls early 20th century realism.” A gallery reception will be held November 17th at 1:00 pm.
