The Western New York Artists Group is pleased to announce a juried exhibition of modern works by our member artists. Due to the large number of members to our organization, this exhibit is divided into 2 installations. The first installment being, Traditional Works (ended March 5th) , to be followed by this exhibit of Modern Works.
.The juror of the Modern Works installation is Internationally recognized artist and educator Valery Amborski (Bio below). This installment will include works in a variety of mediums, with contemporary, experimental subject matter and technique.
The exhibit will be on view from Friday, March 12 through April 16, 2021.
About the Juror: Valery Amborski was selected to jury this exhibit because of her background as an artist and educator working in up-to-date knowledge and techniques in computer and graphic design. Ms Amborski was chosen in 2019 by Buffalo Business First as one of Western New York’s under 30 (years of age) top graphic artists. This list honors individuals in the early stages of their careers who achieve high levels at work and in the community.
