We are appealing to the membership to get the word out about sponsorship of our Eye Candy II fundraiser. The necessary form and letter of explanation can be printed from here (letter) and here (form). Every sponsor will have the opportunity to have advertising material included in a give-away bag to be presented to all attendees at the auction and party. Our deadline is fast approaching!

Summer is always busy and hectic, but now might be a good time for all of those who have committed to donate an artwork to think about dropping off your work to one of the designated people on the list you were mailed. Remember to include your name, title of work, medium and the value of the work on a slip of paper. That deadline is August 4th in order to give us time to include your name on our formal invitations.

Thank you everyone for your participation. By the way, I will be at the picnic and would be happy to take in anyone's donation.
