As a vice-president at Cannon Design, she concentrated on the Strategic Plan for the Reconstruction of the Buffalo Public Schools. Now retired, Carol creates paintings of Buffalo and other cities around the world. Priscilla Bowen and Gary L. Wolfe have collaborated to create a piece of original artwork for the ERIE (Ecosystem Restoration through Interdisciplinary Exchange) project which will be on exhibition during an artists reception to be held at the UB Center for the Arts on Friday, August 7, 2009 from 5 to 7 pm.. ERIE is a new interdisciplinary doctoral education, research and training program to advance ecosystem science, engineering and policy while contributing to the ecological recovery of the Great Lakes and Western New York. The project involves the collaboration of multiple University of Buffalo Departments including Civil (Environmental) Engineering.
