Rose Popper’s sculpture, “Bloom,” 2020, alabaster, was accepted into the juried Made in NY 2021 art exhibit at the Schweinfurth Art Center, Auburn, NY. The exhibition runs from June 12 through August 7, 2021.

Also her sculpture, “Unfoldment II, 2020, bronze, has been accepted into the juried BSA 125th Catalogue Exhibition. The exhibition is at the Castellani Art Museum of Niagara University and is on view from June 1 through December 5, 2021.

BSA Members Jane Stoddard, Audrey Kay Dowling and Catherine O’Neill have won awards in the Niagara Frontier Watercolor Society Spring Exhibition.
Ruth Mohn has a show of her photographs in the new entrance wing of Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital. It will be up through the summer months. A reception for Ruth and Larry Kinney, a sculptor who shares the exhibit space, will be held at the Hospital on Friday, June 25, at 1:30 p.m. The public is invited.
Joan Turrell has a show currently on display in the Youngstown Public Library, 240 Lockport St, Youngstown, NY, until April 29. She also has 4 pastel paintings in the Niagara Artists and Craftmen’s Association Gallery in the Market Street Art Center, 247 Market Street in Lockport, NY, and will be exhibiting in their show at the Kenan Center from February 20 through March 20, 2011.
Nancy Clarke Mariani won Best of Show for her soft pastel Holding the Sheets. The Pastel Society of Western New York Spring Exhibition was held at St John Fisher College in the Patrick O’Keefe Ross Gallery.
