The nine wide format giclee prints featured in Layers are shot from ground to horizon to provide a sense of presence in an attempt to make the viewer feel they are there. From ground cover to horizon, each element, created through millennia of tectonic shifting and dramatic weather, comes together to tell the tell the story of these sacred spaces.

Lukia will be raffling off two mini-sized versions of the nine print series to benefit the Buffalo Olmsted Conservancy. Each of the other artists within the overarching American Landscape show, organized by Lukia Costello, will also be raffling of a selection of their work.
